4. Loss or severe damage to the product packaging (excluding unsealing) that has affected resale, which in turn affects resale, does not apply to the 7-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy.


5. Other circumstances where the product is unsuitable for return due to its nature, and you confirmed it is unsuitable for return at the time of purchase;


6. Other circumstances where the product is in poor condition and cannot be resold;


How to Apply for a Return

After-Sales Service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving the email. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility.


2. Return or Exchange for Quality Issues: Within 14 days of receiving the product, please email the After-Sales Service Center. After-Sales Service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving the email. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are our responsibility.


3. Regarding Returns: Within 14 days of receiving the product, please contact the courier directly. After receiving the product, the courier will inform us of the refund details. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
