V. Refund Policy
If the goods cannot be shipped to Canada normally due to our company's reasons (such as the goods are out of stock and cannot be replenished in the short term, there are problems with the logistics channels, etc.), our company will process a full refund for you, and the refund amount will be returned according to your original payment method. The refund arrival time is subject to the processing time of the bank or payment institution you used for payment, which is generally 3-7 working days.
If the order cannot be fulfilled normally due to your personal reasons (such as cancellation of order, wrong delivery address filled in, etc.), if the goods have not been shipped, our company will deduct 5% of the order amount as a handling fee and refund you; if the goods have been shipped, you need to bear the round-trip logistics costs. After receiving the returned goods and checking them, our company will deduct the corresponding logistics costs and 5% handling fees and refund you.
